An account offers an easy and fast way to place an order and a great way to stay in touch. It also serves as a way to track and receive emails regarding your order as well as receive emails on news, events, and special offers. By becoming an E-Hippie, you will be able to:

  • • Save your shipping and billing address to make shopping easier and smoother
  • • Manage and check the status of your order
  • • Review your order history online
  • • Create and manage a wish list
  • • Process returns and exchanges more easily

Becoming an E-Hippie is easy; simply click on 'SIGN IN' and fill in your details.

Once your order is completed, we will email you a shipping confirmation with the FedEx tracking information.

 

DELIVERY DETAILS

All orders are shipped via FedEx from 9AM - 5PM, Monday through Friday Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Two-day and next day orders are prioritized.
Transit times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing time. Orders placed by 12PM EST will be processed the same day and orders placed after 12PM EST will be processed the following business day.
Orders are processed pending availability, credit card approval, and delivery address verification.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • • We do not ship to PO boxes
  • • All orders require a signature upon receipt
  • • We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched
  • • We do not accept international credit cards
  • • We do not ship outside of the United States

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are offered only for items that have not been worn, altered or washed, and with ALL tags attached. Returns and exchanges are accepted on full-price merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns and exchanges are accepted on sale price merchandise within 15 days of the delivery date.

Please note that items designated as final sale, may not be returned or exchanged.

Underwear, boy shorts, and any other undergarments must be tried on over your own underwear or other similar clothing. Any evidence that this policy has not been followed will result in a refusal of the return.

Haute Hippie will only accept returns of items purchased on this website. We cannot accept returns on items that were purchased elsewhere.

 

PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS FOR E-HIPPIES

Customers who have a registered account at hautehippie.com should abide by the following procedure:

  • • Sign into your E-Hippie account and under 'MY ORDERS' select the order containing the item, or items, that you would like to return.
  • • Click on the 'REQUEST CUSTOMER RETURN' button and select the item that you wish to return. If an item is faulty, please provide details in the comment box.
  • • Click the 'SUBMIT REQUEST' button. Your return request will be processed within 24 business hours of submission. A message will appear on your screen informing you when your return request has been submitted. You will also receive an email to the address you provided, confirming that you return request has been successfully submitted.
  • • You need take no further action at this time. The next stage of the return process, which includes preparation of your free return shipping label, takes 24 business hours to complete. This means that if you submit your return request at 5PM EST on Friday, your return will not be processed until 5PM EST on the following Monday. Upon approval, you will receive an email with your return authorization number as well as return shipping instructions.
  • • Follow the instructions and print out your return packing slip and pre-paid FedEx shipping label.

 

PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS FOR NON-E-HIPPIES

Customers who have yet to register for an account at hautehippie.com, and who purchased as a guest, should abide by the following procedure:

  • • Go to hautehippie.com and click on 'CUSTOMER RETURNS' located on the bottom right footer of any page.
  • • Enter your order ID number (found on your order confirmation and invoice), and enter the email address that was used when placing the order.
  • • Select the item(s) from the order that you wish to return. If an item is faulty, please provide details in the comment box.
  • • Click the 'SUBMIT REQUEST' button. Our return request will be processed within 24 business hours of submission. A message will appear on your screen informing you when you return request has been submitted. You will also receive an email to the address you provided, confirming that your return request has been successfully submitted.
  • • Follow the instructions and print out your return packing slip and pre-paid FedEx shipping label.

 

EXCHANGES

We cannot automatically process exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please request a return in the manner described and then place a separate order for your replacement item.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

Once your return or exchange has been approved, we will issue you with a Return Authorization (RA) number together with a packing slip and pre-paid FedEx return label, via email. Print out the packing slip and place it inside your package with the item(s) you wish to return. Print out the pre-paid FedEx return label and affix to your package, clearly indicating on the shipping documentation and the outside of the packaging the RA number. Please note that in the absence of an RA number, your turn cannot be processed and the package will be returned to you.

If you do not use the pre-paid FedEx shipping label, send your package to the address below. We suggest that you insure your package for the full value of the merchandise. Please note that Haute Hippie is not responsible for lost packages. Please keep the tracking details for your records.

To qualify for free return shipping, your returned package must arrive within 15 days of the delivery date. We advise you to allow 7 days transit time.

Returns received 15 days after the delivery date will incur a $10 fee which will be deducted from your refund and charged to your exchange. No returns or exchanges will be permitted 30 days after the delivery date.

 

CREDIT CARD REFUND

Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in its original form of payment within five business days. A credit memordandum will be emailed to you once this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

Please note:

  • • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • • Items designated as final sale may not be returned or exchanged

 

SALES TAX

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, applicable sales tax will be calculated on the total merchandise value together with shipping charges, and displayed on your 'MY ORDERS' page.

Please note that all local taxes are the customer's responsibility. Haute Hippie is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes to states, such as Use Tax.

We accept all major credit cards. All payment methods require a U.S. billing address.
